How does the Car Wash Subscription Plan work?
It’s very simple, we start by determining which day of the week you would like the car wash to be, then we schedule for 2 car washes a month. (Every 2 weeks)
Do I have to be home for eClean to come to my vehicle for detailing service?
No, we have all of the equipment needed to detail wherever your vehicle is. We simply schedule with you beforehand the location of the detail, we pick up the key from you, and we start to work. We can get the key from you at the office front desk, or meet you at the car. We work around your schedule as much as possible.
Why should I choose the Subscription Plan?
First, we never insist on contracts, cancel your subscription plan anytime. Second, we discount all of the services we offer to our subscription clients. Add a wax every 2 months, or an interior detail when needed, and we will discount the detail price significantly.
How long does it take to have my vehicle detailed?
The average time for a detail is between 1.5 hours to over 5 hours. It really depends on the package you choose, and any of our offered add-ons. Most exterior only details will take between 1.5 through 2.5 hours. We want the quality of our work to be without question. We NEVER cut corners, and always strive for the best service possible.
How do you sanitize the interior of the car with the “Interior Detail Package?
Part of the interior detail package includes using high heat steam to clean and sanitize the interior of the car. The steam cleaner uses temperatures over 275°F thoroughly cleansing the interior surfaces. This sanitizes the areas, and creates a superb clean.
